Well, friends, every fire eventually needs a quick breather before it completely consumes the building.
After a run of wild, sweat-soaked nights, our lead singer, Carlos Buhain, is stepping away from the mic to pursue an incredible new career opportunity. While we’re going to miss him belting out the hits and keeping the chaos organized, we couldn't be happier for him as he takes this next big step.
So, what does that mean for Dumpster Fire?
We’re officially taking a short hiatus from the stage over the next few months. But make no mistake: we aren't putting out the flames. We are actively hunting for a new lead vocalist who can bring the same heavy grit, high energy, and questionable life choices to our stage.
To every single one of you who has shown up at Sunshine Studios, O’Furry’s, or anywhere else to scream your lungs out, buy a "Pit-Proof" tee, and sink a few beers with us — thank you. You are the reason this band exists, and your support means the world to us.
Keep an eye on our socials for updates on the vocalist search and news about our return. We’re using this time to gear up, recharge, and prepare to bring you an even louder, more chaotic show when we return.
Stay loud, stay weird, and we'll see you in the pit soon.
